This summer, I've added new wood stands made by Sarah's Stands and AHeirloom to the rental collection. Both companies use sustainably-harvested wood, and I love the combination of the warmth of the wood and their modern designs. I thought they would pair well with Katherine Anne Confections' chocolate truffles. Each month, Katherine chooses a theme for her month-long flavors, from berries to whiskey to summer camp, and makes a limited-edition series of truffles for that month. For this dessert table design we used her coffee flavored truffles: classic Java, Oaxcan molé, Red Eye (coffee & bacon) and café miel (coffee, cinnamon & honey).
